THE THIRD SUNDAY after PENTECOST

June 29, 2025

TODAY WE DEDICATE OUR NEW CANDLES FOR THE HIGH ALTAR, a wonderful Memorial Gift by parishioner Jane Rozes in loving memory of her late Mother, Frances B. McKee and her close friend, Judith L (Judy) Potter, both devoted Altar Guild members. These candles use liquid wax and do not shrink in size as traditional wax candles do. This eliminates the expense of replacing wax candles and saves the Altar Guild that cost and clean-up. These new candles can remain in place throughout the year (except, perhaps, during Lent), and can be lit each Sunday and for all Major Feast Days. Both Judy’s husband, Larry Potter and Jane will be part of today’s dedication. Thank you, Jane, for such a generous and helpful gift to our Church!
